Come and leave your everyday worries behind in the beautiful natural and mountain setting of the Sonnen-Alm. At the Sonnen-Alm, you’ll experience warmth and hospitality in our traditionally furnished dining rooms, while enjoying the regional cuisine prepared by our head chef, Peter Meier, and his team. We’ve furnished your suites and rooms individually and with care. Most feature a shower/bathtub, hair dryer, separate bathroom, large balcony, direct-dial phone, internet access, and satellite TV. There’s a large sunbathing lawn, and for your little ones, a fun playground with the “Bärenhöhle” adventure spot. The Sonnen-Alm mountain inn is located right next to the lift that takes you to the Winklmoos-Alm and Steinplatte ski areas—the Three-Country Ski Region of Tyrol, Salzburg, and Bavaria, renowned for its guaranteed snow. Right outside the front door, you’ll find kilometres of perfectly groomed cross-country trails and winter hiking paths. In the heart of this romantic alpine paradise, you can make your hiking dreams come true. Ideal for biking, Nordic walking, or simply relaxing.
Our cosy apartment (approx. 300 metres from the hotel) consists of a bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a shower/toilet, and a cosy living room with a tiled stove, a sitting area, and a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m).
