On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms—including one children’s room and two bedrooms with double box-spring beds—two bathrooms, and plenty of storage space, including on the first-floor loft.
In the basement, you’ll find an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a relaxation room featuring a comfortable Physiotherm infrared cabin and two heated loungers. The central ventilation system creates a pleasant indoor climate, and the solid oak parquet flooring with underfloor heating also ensures cosy warmth.

Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort. According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess characteristics that are beneficial to recreation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation through its ongoing efforts ever since. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat remains moderate and nights stay pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is largely determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilising natural heat sources and providing an extensive bus service.
