Good Location

Overall excellent . I was lucky enogh to park my motorcycle right at front of apartment. (would be nice to have secured car park . ) reed carefully check in and check out instruction. Location is super. for money you paying can't complain .

All good . Was attending a Stranglers music concert in cartonniere so was nice and convenient for that . Kitchenette was well kitted out . Only negative point which was the shower head which couldn’t be moved from pointing out of the Bath in a fixed position. So you had to hold on to it

We missed that reception closes at 6pm. Our mistake. We arrived in the evening and there were no instructions for "late" arrivals nor any self-checkin instructions. There was a phone number provided on the door (for emergencies) but we received no answer to our calls. We had received not a single word of instructions before arrival. I totally understand that some properties work with limited front office hours. Unfortunately this property doesn't bother to communicate with their guests ahead of arrival to prevent them from getting stranded in front of a closed door and provides no reply when onsite.

Bon court séjour!

Todo fue fácil. Nos mandaron unos códigos para poder acceder al apartamento. Además, está en una zona que estás a 20 min de absolutamente todo. Todo genial.

J'ai eu des nuisances sonores par des locataires qui sont dans l'hôtel mais pas locataires de l'hôtel. Et puis surprise dans les derniers jours je le suis apppercu qu'il y avait des cafards dans ma chambre. J'ai été prévenir l'accueil tout de suite elle est venue passer l'aspirateur et mettre du produit mais peur d'en ramener à la maison quand même.

Un interlocuteur SVP.

Bien dans l'ensemble. Calme et sécurité au rendez vous. Le ménage dans la chambre n'a jamais été fait durant tout le séjour et les draps n'ont jamais été changés. Arrivée un Samedi et départ un Samedi, en dehors de l'établissement tous les jours de 7#00 à 18#30, et donc je n'ai jamais pû avoir un interlocuteur physique durant tout mon séjour. De même pas de réponses au téléphone ou aux emails. DOMMAGE !
