The room was not clean, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom area, a broken lamp was on the floor, terrible smoke odor in the room, one set of towels for two days in a king room. "We had a lovely time at our stay at the O. Henry. The staff is attentive. The soaking tub is great and they have a nice tray across. We got to eat dinner at the restaurant the Green Valley Grill and it was delicious. At the pool they can bring food and drinks out to you when you order from the phone that's poolside. Room service for breakfast was also great. The lobby was already booked for tea, but we will have to do that another time."
