Wonderful spacious house

We had a wonderful time for our family reunion. The open kitchen and living room were spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were great for us and our kids. This is a beautiful home.

Had the best time celebrating with friends! Such a great house with a lot of bathrooms and bedrooms. Only problem was if you plan on using one of the pullout couches as a bed one doesn’t pull out properly and the other was wildly uncomfortable but all the normal beds were awesome!!

Relaxing and convenient

Clean, spacious and convenient. Had a great week with the family. Great location. The house is a few blocks from the beach, a few blocks from Rehoboth and a few blocks from Dewey. The kids had fun riding beach cruisers into town and the beach. It’s more spacious inside than it appears in the pictures. The Remax team was easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great House! Exceptional Kitchen!!

Renting the property was an easy process. Plenty of room for everyone and all of our things. The kitchen is massive and exceptionally well equipped. Great front porch and patio area.

We spent a week during Covid and having a nice house to stay (and have family meals/activities), when you want to avoid the crowds was so important---and this home was that and more. The pictures don't even do it justice.

Great house by the beach

The house was wonderful. It had more than enough room for our large group of 6 adults and 7 kids. I loved that each of the adult bedrooms had a king bed, so nobody had to give up the chance to have a king bed for someone else. The house is walking distance to Dewey Beach, which was fabulous.

Great house, close proximity to the beach

The house was great! Spacious and clean. My family and I had a great time staying here. The common space was great for spending time together. The kitchen was fantastic too, fit multiple “chefs” without a problem. Once bedtime came around all of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A couple minutes walk from the beach was great and driving distance from the outlets! Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Family Vacation

House was spacious enough for our group of 14. While it was too far to walk to the beach, it was an easy drive to Dewey. It was great having a 1st floor master suite as one family member is unable to do steps. Owner was responsive when we reported a couple of issues.

Nice house!

The house was very nice and clean! We did do the linen package. Check in was very easy. Instructions were clear. We had a few minor issues but property management was very responsive which was appreciative. Only negative is that it is not really walking distance if you have young children (under 10) and a ton of stuff to the beaches.

The property was beautiful, even better in person than it looked online. Only negative is the linen fee. It wasn’t as up front as I would have liked, and for $200 I would have rathered paid $50 extra dollars a day on the reservation and have the linens “included” as opposed to consciously paying for them. Also for the price of the property it would have been nice to at least have a baseline of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags included. Other than that no complaints, it was a very nice property!

Spacious Home

A group of friends and I stayed here for New Years. It was a great find! The house is huge, with two large common areas (one on each floor) and multiple bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area were also very large, and comfortably fit 9 of us for meals. The communication with the property manager was also phenomenal. They were quick to answer any questions leading up to the trip, and when we could find grates for the grill when we were there, they helped out us immediately. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for the location is because the house is fairly close to the very busy road leading into town, and the beach is a bit of a walk. Other than that, the house is a great find and I would absolutely recommend it!

Very nice property with excellent amenities

This was a very nice property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a couple of days of spotty weather so stayed at the home and it was very comfortable and had excellent entertainment options. The kitchen was nicely appointed with good appliances and everything you would need for a fun family gathering. The walk to the beach is a little bit further than advertised if you’re walking with kids, but overall I would recommend the property.
