This place is horrible. Worst place ive ever stayed in. We left after about 20 minutes. Didnt even bother asking for a refund just wanted to get out of there

This is honest, horrible and great property. The bad first The bed was broken and caved in the center. The trim and wall were all different and off center. The AC turned on but didn’t really cool very well. The television is like a foot long and only had one channel, nothing else. Had open wires all over for the lighting. The blinds didn’t have any curtains and the blinds were broken all around so barely functioned. The bathroom has spackle on plaster ok the ceiling and just looks horrible. Also very cramped in the bathroom with no shampoo or conditioner but had hand soap and lotion. The refrigerator and microwave were on the ground and looked ghetto and cheap like the whole place. The stairs to the second floor had loose boards. The great! The front desk I had to call but he came down and helped me immediately and kindly also letting me check in 5 hours early! So thankful. It was ONE block away from the center boardwalk and everything, very convenient. Parking was free for that weekend and said we could park close to the stay which was right where we needed to be! Lots of lighting in the room. Easy to check in and check out overall happy but would only stay here for 1 no more 2 nights and only if I only plan to spend 8 hours to sleep. That’s it. I will go again, just not if I’m on vacation and plan to spend some time around and in the hotel for long periods of time. Not that kind of stay.

A great place to stay if you want save money. Clean, quiet, no smells. AC, microwave, small refrigerator, decent bathroom. The owner - Daniel - is a nice guy. He is modest but I learned that he is a local legend- runner, Ironman, swimmer. You can see many trophies in the hall when you enter. Daniel, you are a great man!
