We had a great stay !! The owners communicated well, both before and during our stay, and answered the couple of questions we had promptly. The townhouse was clean and comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, unlike some other places we've stayed, and the pots and pans were good quality. The pool on location was nice, and the location was convenient to several grocery stores and a CVS (but not a Walmart). The Bethany Beach trolley was fun, but there really isn't anywhere to park to use it, as all of the stops are in residential areas where parking is only for residents. But the kids enjoyed riding it when one of our group dropped us off at the trolley stop and went back to the townhouse for a nap. Bethany Beach is CROWDED, and parking is difficult. We enjoyed Fenwick Island State Park, but liked Delaware Seashore State Park to the North much better. All in all, it was a great stay and we'll love to visit again.

This is a nice house, but needs some heavy cleaning of carpet, upholstery, and bed linens.

Overall a good vacation rental, which met our needs. However, carpet, upholstered furniture, and some of bed linens need cleaning.

Nice Place

Overall this was a great place. My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the property) is that I'm used to staying on or much closer to the beach. We like to be able to at least walk. If you are looking for a nice, clean quiet area and don't mind driving to the beach this place is perfect!

Great Family Time

Very beautiful home. Room for everyone.. not crowded...Enjoyed the darts, swimming and the kids actually put puzzles together... Air conditioner worked great.. Glad there was internet.. Lovely place..

Providence

Owners were great. They responded quickly when we texted. The floors were not super clean and we it was inconvenient without sheets/linens. I would stay here again.
