"A very cute property in a great location - close to the main drag in town, near Dogfish brewery. We walked, biked, and drove - thanks to the passes - to the beach. Very quiet area to be; the AC worked great on the very hot days. Thank you!"

"Very nice cottage with 3 bedrooms and a really decent bathroom. The location is good, close to everything yet a little removed from the hustle-bustle. The host Bill is a great guy, good communication when you have a question and keeps the property in great shape. When searching for a place to rent this is one that belongs on your short list!"

"My wife and I got married at Baywood in Milsboro and stayed at this property over the weekend of our wedding with family and friends. It was an absolutely perfect location for the group. We were able to walk to the beach each morning, there are plenty of food options around, and the starboard is less than a block away! The house itself was amazing.
