About this property
Rehoboth Beach-Steps to Beach Boardwlk & Town
- Great location 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage, walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. You can park your car for the week and walk everywhere (save gas). Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Nicely furnished, central air condition. Nice backyard with chairs, table and grill. Large screen LCD TV's in the family room and one each of the three bedrooms). Stereo, nice screened front porch, Florida room, two fireplaces (that you won't need, but they make the house cozy), and more.... High speed internet – just bring your laptop. Front loading washer dryer. The location is absolutely wonderful, and the house is clean and well-maintained. The following are the approximate nightly rates and do not include other fees such as the security deposit, cleaning and VRBO fees.
I rent weekly Saturday to Saturday; Rental costs depend on the season. There is a $400 security deposit included in payments to be returned after rental without damage. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
The rates charged for the high season are lower than competition for the area and amenities. The rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
