Things to Know

There are two private parking spaces behind the house, ideal for compact cars and small SUVs. Please enter and exit the driveway slowly. For larger vehicles, or if you have additional cars, the owner provides two City of Rehoboth Beach parking permits for use on non-metered streets.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
