The open floor plan offers a Great Room that opens into dining and sitting areas. The interior finishes include hardwood floors, tiled showers with frameless doors, granite countertops, tile backsplash in the kitchen, a large flat-screen TV in the great room, and an outdoor shower. LOCATION: Only three blocks to Rehoboth Ave and only three blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Easy walk to all the tax-free shops and restaurants in Rehoboth Beach.
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars. Park and walk everywhere for the rest of the week!
AMENITIES: Gas grill, washer, dryer, central AC, ceiling fans, and outdoor shower.
THINGS TO KNOW: The pool is only available from 05/01-09/30th and can be heated for a $500.00 fee in the off-season. Pool details- 11x20, and the depth is 3-5 feet. Linens are not supplied.
