LOCATION: Scarborough Village is a beautifully landscaped community centrally located next to Rehoboth Avenue! It is only four blocks from the beach, our famous boardwalk, multiple five-star restaurants, tax-free shopping, and community playgrounds, just a quick walk away. Park and walk everywhere during your vacation!
PARKING: Two assigned parking spots.
AMENITIES: Large saltwater pool, ceiling fans, gas grill, pet friendly with a pet fee (two dogs), and electronic keypad for an easy check-in process.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is not refundable if you cancel. This townhouse rents Friday through Friday. Two dogs are permitted with a pet fee, and there are bread restrictions. No smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package for guests. Each bed is equipped with pillows, mattress pads, and a blanket. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
