Just over 1 mile from the beach and boardwalk—about a 5-minute drive or a short bike ride to sun, sand, and local attractions. Jungle Jim’s Waterpark, grocery stores, shopping and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance. Just a short stroll away, Big Fish Grill serves some of the best food in town and hosts an amazing happy hour.

Things to Know

• Pools are open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
• Tennis courts are open most of the year (weather permitting).
• Your summer rental comes with a free Rehoboth Beach parking pass to drive and park right by the beach.
• LINENS are provided at check in but will not be replenished during your stay. A washer and dryer are available for guest use if you wish to refresh linens. Provided linens include sheets and pillowcases for two king beds and one queen bed, plus one towel set (bath towel and hand towel) per guest.
• The living room features a 65" smart TV, and the Master Bedroom has a large smart TV. Another bedroom has a large TV also. Fast WIFI is provided. Streaming is available through guests’ personal accounts; cable is not provided.
• The gas fireplace is not for guest use.
• Free parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• The condo is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access.
• Please be mindful of the noise you are making. Quiet hours start at 11pm.
• Must be at least 25 years old to book.
• An exterior security camera is located next to the front door.
• Electronic key code lock entry on the front door.
