With five bedrooms plus an office and 4.5 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups, blending luxurious amenities with an easy, serene coastal vibe. The main level features two family rooms, a recreation room, and an open kitchen with dining space for up to 14 guests, including island seating. Great location

Extremely well-situated to town and beach. We walked and biked everywhere. House has ample room for family and entertaining and was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Easy check-in and check-out. House had beach chairs, which was really nice. Otherwise, bring everything you need, including toilet paper (!!!). It would be good to advise renters to bring their own. We brought our own linens, but be advised that the house truly provides no linens whatsoever, e.g., no hand towels, bath mats, extra blankets, beach towels, etc. There was very little soap on hand for bathrooms. We couldn’t get the Wii to work, but that was ok because we were on the go most of the time. The pictures show a big yard- however, the yard seems to belong to the house next door. All in all, great weekend away and great house. We hope to be back!

Great house! Lots of amenities!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and it was great! A great layout for families. Master is on the first floor and kids rooms on the second. Outdoor shower and nice sized laundry area were very helpful! The only critique we all had were the mattresses. They are a bit hard, so I do agree with other reviewers that they should be changed or a mattress topper added for all the beds. Overall, a great house for families and excellent location!

Property very lovely. Conveniently located to the beach and shopping areas. The house was well appointed. The kitchen was more than adequate with top of the line appliances, All Clad pans, and ample tableware. Loved the floor plan, not a cookie cutter, but a comfortable home feel. Room size was excellent. It was so nice having the yard. We did not take advantage of the roof top deck but it would be lovely for cocktails in the evening. Great property

Beautiful property

Just finished a stay here and the house is huge and beautifully decorated. Ample space for all 10 of us. Renovations were newly done and some things still needed finishing touches like bath mats and doors shaved down so they closed. We reported them to the property manager and they came out the next day to address them. Beds in a few rooms were very firm and hard to sleep in so we bought foam mattress pads and left them there, but the property manager said they planned to switch the mattresses out. Easy walk to the beach. The house had 9 beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use. We didn’t know and wound up bringing ours. Plenty of games to play and only cable available on main TV. Other rooms have smart TVs.

Great house for family reunions!

3 houses from beach, lots of large clean family rooms for family members to have their ‘space’, great kitchen, great back deck area for hanging after beach! Lots of amenities, incl games, beach stuff, etc! ReMax Rehoboth agency gave excellent support from start to finish, answered any and all questions before and during our stay!! Great service and great vacation!!
