  • With weekly reservations Owner of this unit provides their guest with $75.00 gift voucher to Purple Parrot Restaurant. Unit 709 is located on the 7th floor of the 8-story building, which provides you with wonderful views across the ocean, watch the dolphins swim past morning and evening! The unit provides accommodation for four persons, with, updated kitchen new flooring and many more new amenities This colorful efficiency unit located on the seventh floor of the building, Queen Murphy bed and queen sofa bed with a new mattress, Room divider. 2025 new granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath. Fully equipped kitchen with a private ocean front balcony, DVD and free WIFI. Parking available in the parking garage off of Brooklyn Street or parking lot off of Laurel Street.
    LINENS (SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS AND BATH MATTS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.
    RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $90.00 CLEANING FEE
    During the off season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units there will be noise.

Perfect beach location

The renting process was very easy and if I had any questions, they were promptly answered. I love that this property was right on the beachfront and so close to everything.... Restaurants, shopping, and activities. I can't wait to rent the same place again next summer!
