This Oceanfront colorful two bedroom and two bathroom condo is on the 4th floor of Star of the Sea. King size bed, two singles and new 2024 queen size sofa bed. 2026 new king size mattress. Fully equipped kitchen. 2026 New dishwasher and new king size mattress. New 2026 Smart TV 55inch in Living room. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck of off Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views.
RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $120.00 CLEANING FEE . There is a 2.8% credit card surcharge for payments by credit card.
During the off season(Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units there will be noise.
