This Oceanfront colorful efficiency condo is on the 7th floor of Star of the Sea. queen size Murphy bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Room divider. Fully equipped kitchen 2025 new dishwasher and light fixtures. Two beach chairs and a pack and play provided. 2026 New flooring, upgrading kitchen and bath. 2026 New smart TV. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. Credit card payments are accepted providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.

RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $90.00 CLEANING FEE
During the off season(Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units there will be noise.
