PARK YOUR CAR FOR THE WEEK! Philadelphia Square is located less than two blocks to the beach and boardwalk in South Rehoboth. Your favorite shops and restaurants are also just steps away! This two-story townhouse has room for everyone, with a very a spacious, open floor plan on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. WIFI, CAC, Washer/Dryer and 2 off-street parking spaces are provided, plus 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit. Rents Saturday to Saturday and "mini-weeks" in the off-season. Pets are not allowed, but owner has had a dog in the home.
Guests pay a $150.00 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was very clean and well stocked, with all of the amenities. The location is excellent - we could walk to the beach or into town in 5 minutes! It was so nice not to have to fight with traffic and parking. We would highly recommend this property for your Rehoboth Beach vacation!

Unbeatable location

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked (would prefer having paper products available but knew ahead of time they were not, so packed accordingly). The location can’t be beat. Close to everything, easy biking or walking to anywhere we wanted to go. Beds were comfy. Check in was easy at the rental office but keyless entry would have been ideal. Overall we would definitely return!

Great beach week!

Great property overall. Place to store your beach gear. Only two downsides was the outdoor shower at property could have been nicer and more useable but the beaches had places to rinse off right when you get off the beach. There was a small outdoor concrete patio which was ok but no big, private deck. Place was clean, open concept floor plan, and very comfortable overall!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The railing on the 2nd floor overlooking the stairs is unsafe. The spindles are so far apart that my 31⁄2 year old could fit between them. We spent the whole week worried about her safety and making sure we were right next to her any time she was near the railing. There is also a ladder going up to a loft that was off-limts. It doesnt make sense why you would leave the ladder in place when the area is off limits. But yet there was a sign posted by the ladder that you must not move the ladder. The house itself is really nice, but I can't get past these safety issues. If these don't get addressed, this should be listed as a no-children allowed rental.

Great location

Perfect space for 4 adults, 2 kids. Wonderful location, everything in walking distance. Wish things like toilet paper, dish soap, etc had been provided. A lot extra to pack, in addition to linens if not rented.

There was some confusion at first on the address listed and the actual location but the property management was very helpful. Having two parking spots for the unit was terrific. The house was in walking distance to everything which was was also terrific. It was perfect for our family of 5 and we will definitely stay here for every visit!

Great Property & Location- Hard w/ Toddlers

We stayed at this property for a week in August. It was the perfect location- easily walkable to the beach and the boardwalk. The property itself was great; updated kitchen and a nice open floorplan. For adults, it's a great place to stay. Be warned the next door neighbor (as of Aug 2022) has a VERY barky dog. Barks all day long if that's something that bothers you (hopefully you're out enjoying the beach and don't hear it!). My biggest issue with the property is that there is a HUGE skylight in the master bedroom and a paper shade, meaning by 6 AM it is brighter than bright in the room. I would have brought a sleeping mask had I been aware. FOR PARENTS WITH YOUNG KIDS- There are 2 issues when staying here with young kids. First, the sunken living room step is quite large and definitely poses a hazard to anyone not paying attention. You can see it in the pictures, but it's hard to see how deep it really is. We ended up putting the coffee table on top of the step to help remind the kids to "see" the step. And second, the spacing between the railings on the second floor is so far apart, both my 2 and 4 year old could have fallen through easily, let alone a younger child who is more unsteady. We couldn't let the kids walk on the second floor without someone watching them the entire time. I also let the property management company know in our check-out review that it was not very well cleaned before we arrived - there was toothpaste in the sink, a used razor in the shower and 2 bags of trash in a bedroom. The floors were vacuumed and the rest of the property looked okay, but we were disappointed to see such obvious things missed. Overall, despite what seems like a bunch of negatives, it really is a great space and the location can't be beat. As a traveler I just wanted to make those considering the property aware so they can plan better than we did. Go enjoy the beach!

quiet and comfortable plus great location

communication with management was easy and. convenient. check in was efficient and directions were good. we enjoyed the location as it was a very quick bike ride or walk to beach. restaurants and town. our vacation started late due to storms but our arrival was still seamlessly managed.

Great location!

Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping was a plus for us. Great upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen. Very clean and lots of space for everyone!
