Mar Bella is an adults-only, 10-room boutique hotel providing amazing and unique beach stays at the best price. With luxurious, tastefully decorated rooms and amazing spa amenities, Mar Bella has everything you and your party need to truly get the most out of your beach stay. We welcome guests from all over the world and every walk of life with the goal of making everyone feel welcome, comfortable and respected throughout their stay. We are just minutes to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, historic Lewes and the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park, and right next door to a wide array of great dining and 130 tax-free outlet stores, and many other activities and attractions. And on top of it all, Mar Bella does its part to protect the environment with 32 kilowatts of solar power, solar water heaters, recycling and other carbon offsets.

The largest and most private of our rooms, the Lighthouse Room is decorated in British colonial style and features a spacious luxury bedroom under a quad-vaulted ceiling with wood beams. With a commanding view of Mar Bella's pool and courtyard, it's on the second floor in the courtyard area of the hotel with a self-serve coffee/tea bar close by. The bedroom features a premium king-size bed, Ralph Lauren armoire to store your clothes, and a lounge area with comfy chairs. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double sink with lighted makeup mirror. An office area features a walnut desk and chair. There's a 70" 4k UHD TV with free Netflix, Max, Apple TV, AMC+ and HULU, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool. We provide fresh linens, bath and pool towels and bath supplies, and even Mar Bella robes for you to enjoy. You'll have access to a handy online store where you can find beach gear rentals, snacks, drinks and other travel necessities. The Lighthouse is stocked and ready with everything you need for a memorable beach stay!

NOTE: There is a flight of carpeted stairs leading up to the Lighthouse from ground level. Assistance carrying luggage to your room will be happily provided by Mar Bella staff on request.

All our guests have full access to Mar Bella's great amenities, including the large in-ground pool, our huge 11-by-8 foot hot tub, the unique Himalayan salt-walled sauna, the Mar Bella Market for snacks, drinks, ice cream and more, luxurious hot/cold outdoor showers, a fire pit for evening relaxing, as well as hammocks strung beneath the pines and gorgeous outdoor seating and lounging areas all around the property. We have ample free parking for our guests, and an EV charger is available.

You won't find a cleaner hotel in all of Rehoboth Beach! Your room has been scrupulously cleaned and sanitized by our housekeeping staff who follow a strict cleaning protocol. Unlike almost all other hotels we launder all bed coverings and blankets after every stay. You will find your room sparkling clean and sand-free, guaranteed.

We enjoyed a short trip at Mar Bella and will definitely be back again soon! The Lighthouse Room is absolutely beautiful and the amenities offered were incredible. I would definitely recommend anyone staying in Rehoboth, or passing through, to book your stay at Mar Bella!

We were so pleased with our overnight stay at Mar Bella. The Lighthouse Room is spacious and welcoming. The hosts have thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. We were there in cold weather and our stay was an in and out so I would love to go back and take advantage of all they have to offer. Beautiful and peaceful setting.

We had a wonderful stay at Mar Bella. The property is very unique with attention to detail and comfort. The Lighthouse room is well appointed, spacious and quiet. In season, the private courtyard would be a great place to "hangout " and enjoy the pool, jacuzz and sauna. The Boardwalk, Town of Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park are easy drives. We loved the whole experience of staying at Mar Bella. The pool, hot tub and sauna were high standard. Lots of great seating outside. Loved the coffee station. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The host responded quickly to any questions we had, and made us feel welcome. Our room exceeded expectations. Cozy bed. Enjoyed the robes provided. I booked the Lighthouse room for Valentine’s day last month. I was amazed by everything Mar Bella had to offer! The whole property was so clean and peaceful. I loved the password check-in process to make our traveling easier. We enjoyed staying there just as much as we enjoyed activities in Rehoboth. We arrived on Valentine’s day to see our room decorated for the holiday! That was such a sweet gesture. It was the perfect get away, David and Vana are super welcoming hosts!

This is a great place to stay. The amenities are amazing with pool, huge hot tub and sauna. There is a large area ti sit out out by the pools with plenty id options to maintain some privacy. We stayed in the lighthouse room which was very nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a really nice space to relax. There is plenty of parking and access to lewes and rehoboth is a quick 10 minute drive.

We enjoyed a terrific 3-night stay in the Lighthouse Room, which is a new room that wasn't available during our last visit. What a treat -- giant room, comfy bed, huge TV. Mar Bella is our go-to for luxury beach getaways. It's a new, sparkling clean and well-managed resort, and it has character and comfort that we never found in the boring chain hotels on Coastal Highway. Every time we visit Mar Bella, we discover new features and amenities added by the owners, David and Silvana, who continue to make smart investments in the property. They are amazing, as noted by most of the other reviewers!
