Welcome to Lee’s Pointe — a cherished family retreat for three generations.

This spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and classic beach-town charm. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two inviting common living areas, a game room, and a garage, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.

The home is set on a large, fenced-in yard with beautiful views of Silver Lake, providing both privacy and scenic surroundings. The main living space is located on the second floor, offering stunning lake views and an abundance of natural light — an ideal gathering spot after a day at the beach.

Location truly can’t be beat. You’re just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, as well as Rehoboth Avenue, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A nearby park and a new elementary school feature playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball courts, and there’s even a basketball hoop right in front of the house for added fun.

Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, so the whole family can come along. Please be sure to include the pet fee when making your reservation.

Lovely oasis

This was our third time staying here! We enjoy the home and the lake view. We love that we can park the car and not use it all weekend because we can walk to the beach and to many restaurants. Do not hesitate to book it!

We always love our stay here! It is perfect for families and the views are spectacular. We like that it is not right on the beach as it gives you privacy, but it is close enough to walk or drive up!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay here. We enjoyed the house, looking at the lake from inside the cozy home (very serene), the location (walking distance to every thing), the beach and the restaurants!

Once again our family loved are stay at 807 Scarborough Ave. The home owner was excellent to work with, the property was perfectly located, clean and perfect for a family of 5 and their pets. I plan to stay here the next time we are in Rehoboth.

Perfect Spot in Rehoboth

Stayed at this perfect spot (right on Silver Lake) during the off-season in March. The house was just the right size and conveniently located between Rehoboth and Dewey. We had such an amazing time and would stay there again in a second!

This was our second year staying at the house and we had a great time. he location is great and the house feels very private while still being just a close walk to the beach. Ted and Emily were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We would definitely stay again next time we're in Rehoboth.

Wonderful, peaceful November vacation

What a fantastic November get away with our dogs! We absolutely loved the views from every room. The beach and downtown were within walking distance. Waking up to the view of Silver Lake during the fall season was beautiful. The dogs also enjoyed the beach and shopping off season. The owner always answered our questions immediately. We would definitely rent this property again. It was perfect!

Great House!

We had a really nice stay and the hosts were very responsive to all of our questions throughout the visit. The house is exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed that it felt so secluded while still being close to the beach and commercial areas. We hope to return at some point in the future.

Great beach vacation!

We enjoyed our week stay at this house in Rehoboth! Peaceful and quiet location while also being close to the beach and boardwalk (10 min walk). It was great to be able to use all the beach supplies in the garage as well as the games. Great outdoor space with a grill, outdoor shower, and fenced in yard for our dog.

Exceptional Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is beautiful, perfectly located on a tree lined street, and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We brought our dogs and they loved the fenced in yard and the ducks and turtles in the lake. We look forward to returning next year.
