A short drive takes you to outlet malls, supermarkets, restaurants, a water park, movie theater, and the charming downtown Rehoboth Beach area. The property is just 1.5 miles from the beach, boardwalk, and downtown, with an easy driving path to avoid traffic, and excellent restaurants are within walking distance.
Plenty of unassigned parking is available. The condo offers central AC, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a screened-in porch, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed, linens are not provided but a linen rental package is available, the condo accommodates up to five guests, and there is a seven-night minimum rental.Damage Waiver Information
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout.
This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer.
