The home worked for us

This home was a corner property and worked out well for us. We had 9 adults and 3 kids and two dogs with us. Everyone fit comfortably. There is a very large main area on main floor by the kitchen. There was plenty of room. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Beautifully manicured. Very nice to walk around. The pool and the tennis/basketball courts and the workout area were all available to us. We took advantage of the pool mostly. It was hours of fun! The pool is big and everything was clean. Very nice area and amenities. The beach is only about 1 mile ish away from property and very easy to get to without having to go through beach traffic. Very good experience. The only 2 things that could be improved is there was no real instructions in the home on where to put garbage, or what to do with towels and bed sheets at the end of the week, or even what the fobs were for but then we figured it out and were in touch via text to ask questions. The only other issue was it wasn’t super clean. But it wasn’t terrible either. I would rent again. A note on VACASA…. They were available to us immediately via text. They kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything and even after our time there was over they helped get my mom’s bag that she forgot to UPS to ship back to her. They have been so helpful and I would not hesitate to use them again.

The property was as advertised. The first 24 hours we did not have hot water. I think that we should be compensated for the day. They did replace the hot water tank but I had to stay at the house because of our small dog. I missed a day at the beach. We did enjoy the amenities and walkable trails. Overall a great place to stay, plenty of space and privacy.

Great!

We've stayed at this house two years in a row and find it perfect for our needs. Its close proximity to town and the availability of the shared facilities (pool, gym etc) in the complex is great. House is clean, has everything you could need and has the perfect amount of space for multiple families and kids.

Rehoboth Condo

We greatly enjoyed the location of this Rehoboth condo. Very easy to bike or drive to town or nearby beaches. The accomodations were nice in this condo but not brand-new as listing might suggest with some attention to bath and showers needed. Additionally, there were no clear instructions about entrance into home (sticky door) and how to handle the garbage. The linen service is nice to not have to worry about this upon arrival or pack additional items.

Property not clean when arrived

Property not cleaned, used towels left in foyer and bathrooms. Full trash bags left in hot garage. Linens left outside in bags, some missing sheets, some stained.This property is managed by Vacasa, Vacasa is not responsive to requests and shifting blame to local housekeeping company but won’t provide contact information.
