Our family had a great time staying at Beachy Keen. The property was up-to-date, had generous accommodations with a bathroom in each room, the kitchen and house in general was well stocked, and it was easy to walk into town. Also very close to a bike/running trail. Would like to stay here again.

We had a wonderful extended weekend in Rehoboth at Beachy Keen. The owners were great to work with and the house was perfect for our family, friends, and our furry pet. So many bathrooms!

Everyone having their own bathroom makes a beach house vacation so much more pleasant than it would be if folks have to cram their makeup, toiletries, etc. onto the surfaces of a shared bathroom. Also, the huge, well-equipped kitchen and living room are the perfect setting for making meals and hanging out for relaxed conversations.

Winter escape

We greatly enjoyed our second stay. Place was again extremely clean. Communication was great and extremely responsive. The dog and I greatly enjoyed the morning jogs to the beach despite the frigid temps. Recommend going in the winter and discovered the dog loved lounging in front of the fire as much as my husband and I did.

Perfect Beach Getaway Spot

Couldn’t have been more delighted with this house!! It was an easy walk to everything on Rehoboth Avenue and conveniently located in a quiet little complex. The house itself was appointed with everything you could need to live comfortably away from home. Will definitely try to rent this again with a group of friends/family. What a gem!!

This was our second time staying here and hopefully not the last! We are a group of college friends and this rental could not be any more perfect for us. We love that there are plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a large kitchen/dining/living room where we can all comfortably gather. I have stayed in MANY beach rentals (mostly in NJ) and this is BY FAR the most well-equipped one. The amenities are endless. Most Importantly, the home is impeccably clean. And the location is terrific if you’re okay with walking a bit. Very highly recommend!

Unexpected summer break

My husband, dog and I wanted a close to DC impromptu vacation. This place more than delivered. It was wicked clean. Since Covid I travel with Clorox wipes and not a smidge of dust came up when I went over surfaces. Also, the pictures were accurate and there is more than ample room for a larger family. I experienced the mattress as being on the extra firm side, so recommend bringing a mattress pad or light topper with you if need cushioning to avoid pressure points. The kitchen is fully stocked including kcups. Also the AC is strong and effective. It is within a couple of blocks of restaurants and about 1 mile to the beach. If you travel with a dog and hadn’t really researched, please know that dogs are not allowed on most DE beaches during high season. But Henelopen state park and other state parks allow dogs, as well as Lewes beach before 8 and after 6 during high season. Internet speed was decent so could be an alternate work location for someone. Would totally return. Finally Doug was responsive and clearly communicated.
