This carefully maintained vacation rental has one of Rehoboth Beach s top locations. Why? Because it is super close to the beach, while also being only a few blocks from Rehoboth Avenue! Guests can take advantage of the location by easily walking to everything the Nation s Summer Capital has to offer during their stay. With two stories, Mariner s Court Unit 222 has a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, guests will find the living room, kitchen, and dining area. On the first floor there is also a balcony that offers guests a peek at the Atlantic Ocean - you re almost oceanfront! Upstairs, guests will find both bedrooms and the second shared bathroom. This condo provides a community swimming pool for guests and parking for two cars per unit. There is an elevator in the building, there is not an elevator in the unit. *Please note, there is a height restriction on the parking garage, and no vehicles over 6 feet tall will be able to park in the garage. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.
