This first floor apartment on Savannah Road is located midway between the beach and downtown Lewes. With a short walk to the beach or to the shopping and dining in town, you have the best of both worlds. Linen package and cleaning included!!

With two bedrooms and one full bath, the unit comfortably accommodates a total of four or rent with the 2nd floor unit to sleep a total of 7. There's a large backyard deck, or relax on the front porch at the end of the day!

This property is available with a 2 night minimum anytime.

This property does not allow pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Hidden gem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean; perfect set-up for a small family of four; clean and stocked with everything we needed; cozy; great communication from rental company and fabulous customer service. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to shops and restaurants in town, riding our bike to the state park and around the cute neighborhoods, and kayaking on the bay.

Photos are outdated

Nice rental, very clean and great location but the photos are outdated. There is a Keurig in the kitchen and the living room furniture was a bit different than pictured. The bunk beds weren’t arranged as pictured but otherwise it’s a very cute apartment! It’s an easy walk to the beach or into downtown. Also great location near some great breweries!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was okay, bare minimum but for the price that is expected. However, issue with the state of the home. Minor repair would go a long way, sealing doors and windows to prevent bugs. We had an ant issue that was addressed quickly with pest control. Furniture dates and musty, front porch chairs had cushions with Cotton coming out. Very minimal cosmetic and seal repair would be recommended to make me want to revisit. Location was excellent couldn’t be it.

Fun, clean, and great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in Lewes for a month and this time we decided to stay closer to town and the public beach as we have 2 kids. This location was great as it's walking distance to town and everything that goes with it. There are a lot more kids in the area as well so we met so many fun people. The house itself is clean and well equipped. The bunk room is definitely for kids and not adults as it is very small. All in all it was a great stay.

Great for small Family with kids, not multiple adults.

Overall a lot left to be desired. The contract states they have until 6pm to clean the house but check in is at 3pm and not a second before... I can tell you if my house was not cleaned before my check in I would be passed. However, this house was barely clean, spent the first hour cleaning and the grill was filthy had to scrub it. They had a fee if you leave the grill a mess so probably pocketed the money from the previous tenant and still left it a mess for us... The AC in the small bedroom was not working and we didn't want to have someone in the house while we weren't there and I wasn't going to waste the few days we had waiting on a repairman to show up. The bunk bed room was tiny. Good for kids or 1 adult. Not sure if our upstairs neighbors were wrestling but they were constantly moving furniture around and you heard every foot step. Outside porch needed some boards fixed as the would kick up when stepped on right by the door. Location though was great short walk to both public and private beach access. Getting a hold of the listing agency pre stay was a nightmare. Agent was never in and no one else could answer the questions for some reason. Overall it was a good stay and we love the area but we will not be going through them again. Again not the worst beach trip ever but a lot left to be desired, and for the price could have got something better with better service.

Not the Vacation Experience We Hoped For

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A/C on 2nd Floor would not maintain a comfortable temperature (72 degrees was reached around 4:00 am; by 10:30 am it was creeping back up until reached 79 most of day). 1st flr bunkroom A/C broken. Multiple outdoor furniture seats are broken. Overall renting both the 1st & 2nd floor allowed our family to comfortably stay together with plenty of room. Could use a good check of all electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures.

The location of this rental is just 3 blocks to the beach and ice cream. A short walk to downtown Lewes. This rental is a cute, comfortable, cozy unit and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable house. Two blocks from the beach. Great location to the local dining spots. The furnishings and carpet could use some updating. The musty odor in the Master bedroom wasn’t pleasant.

Nice place. The photos don't do it justice. Our only grievance is no dishwasher and the carpet and bedspread in the master bedroom needs to be cleaned. A slight dank smell prevails. Otherwise, nice place.
