  • Traditional-styled three story beach cottage located right in town and two easy blocks to the beach. Tastefully renovated and upgraded throughout. There are five bedrooms and three baths and sleeps 12. This family-friendly home is also pet-friendly with a fenced yard for the children and family friend. The home features a wraparound screened porch that is wonderful for gathering with the family and friends, dining or reading a good book. Bed linens and bath towels are not provided.

    The house features a new kitchen and all new furnishings. There is a full basement with laundry facilities.

    An outdoor shower makes beach trips easy to manage.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

Charming and cozy house within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. Pet friendly an extra bonus. We stayed there with children and grandchildren (11 people) and it was a great location, particularly if you have kids still young enough for Funland. The house is very well equiped for cooking. Even though it fronts on Bayard which has a fair amount of traffic, inside is very quiet.

Great House for Group Weekend

We were a group of 10 in the house and were very comfortable. House was spacious, clean, and had an amazing location. Essentials such as TP, soaps, trashbags, etc were provided. Bathrooms were clean and large. The porch was absolutely lovely to sit on in mornings and evenings. Grill worked great for a BBQ. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

This was our second year staying at this property. The house is so beautiful and cozy - perfect for a winter family getaway. Impeccably maintained with everything you need from kitchen supplies to basic essentials to get you started. So many thoughtful touches throughout the house. It is easy to feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants- you can walk everywhere. Bonus that pets are welcome, and the fenced in yard is perfect for letting our dog out in the early morning. The owner is super responsive and helpful too. Our whole family looks forward to staying at this lovely home!

Wish we had more time!

The location of the house was great! We were just a few blocks from the beach and Funland, as well as a block from the main strip where all the restaurants/stores are. This was our first time in Rehoboth (we have been to Lewes several times), and loved how many food/activity options there were. The house had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies and seating. We enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in porch, especially with the ceiling fans running. The hosts were an absolute pleasure to coordinate with and generally very responsive. A few things to note: Make sure your parking passes are very visible (ours was initially partially blocked by our sunshade and someone came to try to ticket us within minutes of arriving. The room with the daybed is in the room that leads to the attic stairs (so if anybody sleeps in there, be aware that people sleeping upstairs will need to pass through). The attic bathroom is a bit awkward getting in/out of the shower due to the tight space and water dripping down from the shower door. You can probably fit 2 medium sized cars in the driveway in front of the carriage house, but it's quite tight. Bottom line: this was a great house in a great location and we had an amazing weekend!

Perfect in Everyway

This property won the 5-star award from my family. A first in all the years we have been using VRBO. We had 11 staying with us from new born to grandparents. This home was absolutely perfect. The location is on a busy street, but not noisy. The toddlers loved watching the trucks go by as well as a motorcade. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach (a long 2 blocks) and just a short distance further to the center of the boardwalk. The house was very clean and well set for furniture, both indoors and out. The kitchen has everything a cook would need from air-fryers to pitchers and silverware to platters. There was even a small array of spices. The 3-indoor showers are all beautifully renovated with no bathtubs. The kids loved showering outside. The home is wonderfully air conditioned with thermostats on each floor. Even the third floor never got hot! We also loved that the porch is both screened in and not. The littles always wanted to be outside. Really the only thing the house needed more of was kitchen towels, but I always bring extra with me as I like to change them out everyday. Don't forget to bring your own linen and bath towels and a bag of ice if you are big ice users. Have a great time!

We had a fantastic long weekend getaway at this charming house in Rehoboth Beach!
