FALL IS THE BEST TIME IN REHOBOTH BEACH! BOOK A MINI-WEEK and enjoy all the great fall happenings and events at the beach. You'll love this classic South Rehoboth beach beauty that's just steps to the sand in the OCEAN BLOCK - 13 Rodney Street is the perfect property for those wanting privacy and space. This vacation rental offers a front house with a 2-story floor plan (in summer only, a detached, fully-equipped studio apartment comes with rental too.) With parking for three cars in the long driveway and not one, but two outside showers in the backyard, this home is perfect for a large family! Have a cloudy day? There are 2 smart TVs to binge watch your favorite shows as well as cable TV and free WiFi of course. No need to walk for your coffee fix as there is a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker on the premises. Although you are just a short walk to the fabulous eateries in downtown Rehoboth, you'll have no problem whipping up a meal in the well equipped kitchen or on the charcoal BBQ. Bonus: Owner provides 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit when needed "in season" and 4 beach chairs! Guests pays a $180 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in this time period. NO Pets Allowed. Studio not included in the fall/winter & spring. CHECK-IN AT 3 PM. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

Great timeless beach house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house!! The location is just a half a block from the beach and you can also walk to the boardwalk easily. The house itself is meticulously maintained, bringing that old time beach house feel. It’s really spacious, charming and well stocked for whatever you need.
