The loft is on the ground floor, so no stairs to enter. Only the mezzanine has an internal staircase, with 1.80m ceiling height. Below, everything’s spacious and comfy.

You’ll have a double bed (1.38m) with a brand-new spring mattress, a sofa bed with a super soft pillow top, and if needed, a single mattress (0.90m) on the mezzanine.

Cristiano é uma pessoa muito organizada e disponível. Respondeu todas as minhas dúvidas antes mesmo que elas aparecessem. O imóvel é ótimo, equipado com tudo que é necessário. Há até uma mini mercadinho para questões emergenciais. É no centro da cidade, super bem localizado. Há muitas câmeras de segurança no prédio, portanto ficamos seguros em deixar o carro na rua. É uma rua sem saída e a vizinhança muito tranquila. O chuveiro é quentinho, tudo muito cheiroso e acolhedor. O imóvel é exatamente como está na foto anunciada.
