"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July. We were shown to our bedroom at the end of a corridor. After the door there are 2 steps up to the accommodation level but no further door beyond these steps. During the night my wife woke up to go to the bathroom. As there was no lighting, and she was in an unfamiliar environment, she mistook the space above the steps to be the entrance to the bathroom. She fell down both steps and hit her arm, knee and head very hard on the tiled floor. The noise...
"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. "Beautiful property and grounds. Excellent breakfast and easy walking access to a very nice town center with lots of shop and restaurants. A bakery on the corner that is to die for. Very nice room and staff was friendly. Great grounds with pool and sitting, picnicking and playing area for children. "

"Lighting a bit dim for reading in the evenings. Rooms beautifully cool, good equipment, everything we needed and lots of space. Nice outdoor eating area. Welcome was friendly and efficient. Beds comfortable. For four people an extra comfortable seat in the main area would be good. Good value for money though. Peaceful but only 10 mins from Buis."
