"I always love the Little America. I know it will be clean and it's conveniently located for just about anything in Salt Lake City. The staff is always friendly and you can't beat the convenience of having restaurants onsite. We got back to our room around 10:30 after a concert and my daughter was hungry. Room service from the Coffee Shop to the rescue! "

"The property owner went out if her way to help us change our dates due to uncontrollable circumstances with our trip. She was kind and compassionate toward our situation. The property was very well kept, clean, and stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The property owners have put a lot of thought into updating an older property. The only thing I would add would be a pizza pan to cook pizza in the oven but we made it work without that. "

"Staff was wonderful. Still pleasant when I rolled in at almost 2 am. Quiet and convenient to both Amtrak and the airport (they have a free airport shuttle). There were a few signs of wear on lobby furnishings, but the bathroom was sparkling, looked recently redone, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was good, and everything scrupulously clean."

"This stay worked great for our family attending a nearby music festival. Please know that this is not one of the cutesy little houses that VRBO often has. It's pretty bare bones, but it has all the basics. 3 bedrooms - the beds are not particularly soft, but we all slept fine. The mattress on the pull-out part of the couch was awful (as they often are), so my son slept on the sofa, and it is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with necessities. The backyard would be great for a dog, but is unkempt if that's important to you - it wasn't for us. Important to know that the basement had two students living in it (with a separate entrance) that we didn't know were there until we heard a couple noises, so hopefully the owner will be disclosing that. To be clear, the students were not loud at all, I was more concerned that we would be disturbing them! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. Most importantly, the owner was VERY quick to respond to questions and pleasant to talk to. We would be happy to stay there again."
