Staff was good but first room had such a heavy old smoke smell both my son and I couldn’t take it as it caused us to start coughing. They moved us to a new room which was in ok shape but hairs in the tub and sink. Makes you question there cleaning policy

Room was not clean. Stains on the floor and curtains were filthy. Got charged a $100.00 deposit without any notice and was not provided a receipt. First and last time staying at a Days Inn. Or any other property ran by this company

Spur of the moment my wife and two kids needed a stay in regina. To be blunt, there was chicken drumsticks behind the toilet, the sheets were stained and smelly and there were some sort of chip all over the bed cover. But worst of all there seems to have been at least one german cockroach that significantly scared my youngest son. They would not over a refund of any kind because it was booked through expedia. The pool and breakfast was decent i'm told, but the room was so appalling it was frightening. I stay in a lot of hotels and seldom leave reviews, this was a horrible stay for my family.

First the hotel said they had no rooms left, but found it on Expedia 1 minute later myself . Did not like that after we checked in at 4pm, the hotel staff showed back up to finish cleaning the room. They giggled, apologized and simply just left. So was it clean ??? Your guess is as good as mine. The jacuzzi tub jets in the room did not work at all. So disappointing for the price $$ of the room

Convenient was the Hotel was full, noisy and seems to maybe be a place with long term guests ( social services?) Our bathroom door looked like it had been chewed out at the bottom by a dog. Smatterings of unknown substances on all the walls. I got a weird call from the front desk saying they had heard I wanted to check out??? Thank goodness I answers and set them straight. Super sketchy.

Rooms are in need of a Reno. Furniture banged up. Mold and peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. Tub had some kind of a liner in it that was so u shaped it was hard to take a shower as hard to stand in. Stayed for a week with no room service. Mattress was lumpy. When you turned the heat on the room turned into a sauna. Very disappointing for a days inn.

The pool was fun, but lots of things are old and falling apart, like the chairs in the dining area, and the sofa bed in our room. The heater was noisy and the curtains didn’t close all the way, so we had headlights from traffic shining in our room all night, I ended up putting a chair in front of the window to help block it. The room didn’t feel really especially clean, the sofa bed looked like it hadn’t been opened or cleaned in months and one of our towels was dirty/stained. It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had but I would try a number of other hotels in Regina before I came back to this one.

This hotel is in immediate need of repairs. Bathroom has water damage and what looked like mold under sink. Plastic trim on floor around was falling off and edge was pinned up with tacks. House keeping is definitely not doing their job.

This hotel needs security. Certain people got a room and kept the side door of the hotel propped open so people were coming in intoxicated at all hours of the night. I had one person kicking my door and yelling at 6:30 pm. I looked out the peephole and the guy could hardly stand. I called the front desk to tell them about the intoxicated people and the side door but there was no answer. I won’t stay here again as it’s definitely an unsafe hotel.

We booked a room that stated it slept 5 people and when we arrived they told us 3 people can sleep in a queen bed. The person at the front desk said it was our issue for booking expedia and was extremely reluctant to resolve the situation.

This hotel is always great to stay at. Weekends are always crazy busy so if you are going to relax then be aware that it is usually quite busy. During the week it is normally fairly quiet. The staff are amazing.

Room was a bit messy due to them not having it cleaned on our arrival. We had to wait half an hour in the lobby waiting for the room to be cleaned. Other than that, the room was very nice.
