"Very good and quiet place to stay. Located near the center and to the main shops area. Not so far from town entrance/exit. Personnel always kind and available for any info. "

"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"

The room was comfortable and well appointed as well and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in."

The host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and that warmth really defines the whole experience.
