"We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares"

"The apartment was perfect for us. Was nicely finished and very clean. We had everything we needed and the treats were very much appreciated. Very close to shop[s and restaurants. As a bonus, the people in the fruit and vegetable stand outside were extremely nice to us. The parking was easy to access, just outside of the ZTL. Was not a problem for us to walk to the apartment with our luggage. "
