Maravillosa estancia, volveremos!

Se nota que los dueños han viajado y conocen perfectamente las necesidades de los viajeros. Todo está cuidado al mínimo detalle, desde el café/te/chocolate gratuito para zonas comunes, habitaciones espaciosas recién reformadas con mucho gusto, atención continua al huésped, ayuda en la información turística.. es perfecto y muy cómodo.

Bonito, mas deixa a desejar

O local, aparentemente é lindo e remete a quartos de "princesa". Entretanto, o conforto deixa muito a desejar. Começando pela cama, que faz muito barulho com qualquer movimento por ter a estrutura de ferro. Travesseiros muito ruins. O chuveiro é extremamente pequeno, que mal é possível se virar ou levantar o braço sem bater na porta do box. Os hóspedes de outro quarto foram muito barulhentos durante a madrugada e a manhã seguinte, nos acordando. A localização é próxima da Corso Garibaldi, mas não há muitas opções de alimentação no entorno. O atendimento do Andrea foi muito cortês e amigavél, além de solicito ao nos indicar um local para enviar um fax e agendar um táxi para o aeroporto. No último dia deixamos a placa de "make up my room" e, mesmo assim, o quarto não foi limpo.

Номер студио здесь один. Находится на 3м этаже (6 пролетов вверх), прямо рядом с террасой. Терраса так себе, но можно представить что это такой большой балкон. В номере есть мини-кухня, но нет главного - микроволновки. Она есть в месте завтрака, но надо на 1,5 этажа вниз спускаться и потом подниматься. Сам номер не такой плохой, хотя вообще-то это пристройка. Шум дождя сильно слышно, однако это меньшая из проблем. В один из дней вечером вода еле-еле бежала. Написал письмо хозяевам, утром уже нормально бежала. В первый же день электричество вырубило на полчаса, причем у соседей оно было. На ресепшене днем чаще всего кто-то есть, а вот вечером нет. Видимо, другие гости имели возможность позвонить и как-то сообщили о проблеме. Окна туалета выходят прямо на окна соседних домов.

Всё рядом: вокзал, пешеходная улица, замок и собор. Сразу 2 сетевых магазина недалеко, причем цена на некоторые продукты порой бывает такая же низкая как в гипермаркете той же сети. Учитывайте, что один из этих магазинов не работает с 13ти до 16 днем, а в воскресенье после часа дня оба не работают. Район вокруг не самый плохой. Особенно если за неделю разобраться в бесконечном количестве улиц, запомнить где что находится и научиться выбирать наиболее быстрый и безопасный маршрут.

Шум разговоров хорошо слышен

Была акция по кратковременной продаже с хорошей скидкой, только поэтому выбрал этот вариант. Особенность номера-студио такая, что слышно всё с первого этажа. Все разговоры, стуки хорошо слышны, что мешает. Звукоизоляции нет никакой, сам номер - это такая оригинальная пристройка на крыше. Неоднократно утром что-то сверлили. Стулья жесткие, долго на них сидеть невозможно. Но в другом номере были нормальные, однако там не было нормального стола. Надо еще ножки стульев в номере снизу чем-то обить, чтобы не скребли пол. Уборка ежедневная. Кондиционера для отопления хватало. Не фиксировались ролл-жалюзи на окне, надо бы их починить. Интернет работал всегда, скорость нормальная. Тут все 5 номеров номеров уникальные, кому какой больше подойдет. На некоторые даты было непонятно занят ли номер или нет. На одном сервисе он был выставлен, на другом нет. Это сбивает с толку: сиди-гадай, вполне может оказаться что уже забронирован он и на другом сервисе его забыли снять с продажи.

B&B Casablanca - ottima esperienza.

La mia valutazione è estremamente positiva. Ho soggiornato in struttura solo per una notte ma sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla pulizia della camera e dall'accoglienza del proprietario. La stanza era molto grande ed estremamente pulita. Era dotata di TV satellitare, clima, frigorifero e tavolino con due sedie. Il vero punto di forza del b&b è la vicinanza ai principali punti di interessi in quanto dista pochi minuti a piedi dal corso principale di Reggio e dal lungomare. Da segnalare la mancanza di un parcheggio riservato. Tuttavia poco più avanti sono disponibili posti gratuiti in strada.

Excellente accueille, hôtel très bien situé pour visiter tous les attraits de Reggio. A 30 min à pieds du port et 10 min de la gare de train. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Nous recommandons!
