  • A private villa consisting of a main house and restored lemon house, with a private pool, wellness area with sauna and reaction tank, and space for up to 16 guests, it is the perfect retreat for families and groups of friends in the Tuscan countryside. All surrounded by hedges that guarantee total privacy.



    The interiors reflect the rustic Tuscan style: terracotta and wooden floors, vaulted ceilings, arches, and wrought-iron beds. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen, living area with fireplace, and five bedrooms with private bathrooms. The lemon house offers two bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a fireplace.



    The flat garden invites you to relax under the wooden gazebo by the pool, play ping pong, or simply enjoy a glass of wine. Children will love the private pool, while you can explore the 300-hectare estate with woods, a stream, and a pond.
