Come to Ramspau, one of the most beautiful villages in Bavaria! Ramspau was awarded a gold medal in Bavaria in 2005 in the competition "Our village should become more beautiful, our village has a future"

The Ramspau forest and pond estate is about 15 kilometers north of Regensburg. The idyllic location on the banks of the rain enables swimming, boating and fishing. The extensive forests are ideal for hiking, mountain biking or other outdoor activities.

From the small quiet place you are quickly in Regensburg, which offers a wealth of sights with its medieval old town and invites you to stroll. The old town of Regensburg has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2006. The Upper Palatinate also has many "treasures" worth seeing beyond its capital. Hiking by bike, boat or even horse is also becoming increasingly popular.

The own ponds in a quiet location and day tickets for the Regen river offer anglers the opportunity to fish. If you want to go to the hide as a hunter, please contact us.

Wirklich traumhaft

Alles in allem ein rundum toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Appartment. Überhaupt ist das ganze Dorf, das Schloss, die Nahversorgung und die Gaststätte dort sehr angenehm. Die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen direkt vor Ort oder in der nahen Umgebung sind hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

In der großräumigen, hellen und komfortabel eingerichteten Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hat uns die große Terrasse mit dem phantastischen Blick auf den Regen und die schöne Landschaft gefallen. Herr Graf von Ledebur ist ein freundlicher und in allen Angelegenheiten hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Gut zu wissen: Am Haus mit 3 FeWo (bis zu 14 Gäste) gibt es nur 2 Parkplätze. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist ca. 50m entfernt. Die nächsten Supermärkte befinden sich 4 bis 5 km entfernt in Regenstauf. Der Ramspauer Hof als einziger (geöffneter) Gasthof ist gleich in der Nähe und mit seiner guten Küche, einer sehr freundlichen Bedienung und einem großen Biergarten empfehlenswert.

Nicht wie auf den Bildern beschrieben

Das Mietobjekt hatte keine Couch, dafür hatte man zwei Sessel ( für vier Personen ) hingestellt. Auf die Frage wo die Couch wäre, hieß es dass man sich die Einrichtung nicht aussuchen kann. Nach einer Woche wurde uns Ersatz ( zwei Sitzer ) angebotenen den wir selbst in die Wohnung tragen sollten. Der Trockner war vorhanden aber defekt. Das Mietobjekt und die Einrichtung haben keine vier Sterne verdient.

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt am Wasser

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Regen und es gibt die Möglichkeit mit dem Ruderboot auf dem Regen zu fahren. Auch kann direkt dort geangelt werden. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist gut und auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Fußläufig ist ein Metzger und eine Gaststätte zu erreichen.

Idylle am Regen

Die hohen Erwartungen des Objekts aufgrund der Beschreibung wurden noch übertroffen. Sehr liebevoll und umfassend ausgestattet, Tischtennisplatte und 3 Boote zur freien Benutzung, Innenkamin, Grill und vieles mehr. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Und die Lage ist wirklich sensationell. Direkt am Regen. Wir können das Objekt ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen.

verzorgde, volledig ingerichte woning op prachtige locatie

Zeer nette woning met alles er op en er aan en mooi ingericht. Verzorgd sanitair, volledig uitgeruste keuken, parkeerruimte voor de auto, stalling voor de fietsen Echt een aanrader, te meer de omgeving erg fraai is met uitzicht op de Regen. Relatief smalle en steile, maar korte toerit naar het appartement. Is overigens goed te doen.

Helemaal top!

Erg leuk appartement met een groot balkon met uitzicht op de rivier. Aan de stijger ligt een kano en een roeibootje om gelijk weg te paddelen. Erg vriendelijke eigenaar.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung. Wir durften netterweise einen Tag vorher anreisen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können diese Wohnung dort nur weiterempfehlen.

Es warf sehr schön am Regen. Auf der Terrasse haben bis, auf eine Mahlzeit , immer essen können. Der Blick auf den Regen ist zauberhaft und beruhigend. Ausflüge in die Umgebung, sogar bis Passau , sind interessant jederzwit wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im ersten 1.OG mit Dachterrasse inkl. Blick auf den Regen. Kleinere Defizite bei der Küchen-Ausstattung wurden dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und sollten dann demnächst erledigt sein. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig, ein schöner Biergarten in direkter Nähe stillt Hunger und Durst.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in toller Flusslage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles absolut ordentlich. Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich die gut ausgestattete Küche bzgl Gewürze, Geschirrtücher, Kochutensilien, etc Der Balkon mit Blick über den Regen ist ein absoluter Traum. Leider konnten wir den Badezugang zum Regen auf Grund des Wetters nicht genießen, dieser ist aber lediglich 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und bietet eine Sandbank, so dass man bis zur Flussmitte gerade einmal knietief im Wasser steht. Absolut empfehlenswert.
