The hotel is very pleasant and rooms are a great size. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff need some coaching and improvement. If I am in Regensburg, I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also very delicious.

Die Zimmer sind ansprechend, gut gepflegt und absolut in Ordnung. Das Auto war in der kostenlosen Tiefgarage untergebracht. Das Frühstück war Coronakonform etwas ausgedünnt, aber völlig ausreichend. Der kaputte Aufzug war das einzige Manko. In der gesamten Woche konnte der Aufzug nicht vollständig benutzt werden. Das Hygienekonzept bzgl Corona war sehr streng - aber richtig. Lästig , aber nötig, die Maßnahmen beim Frühstücksbuffett. Verbesserunsgvorschlag: Kaffe nicht tassenweise aus Automat sondern als Kanne anbieten

Nice and cozy stay

It was a lovely and spacious room. Very nice people. The room looks newly done or really well kept. The only things I noticed were the window sheers had stains and holes that stood out against an otherwise spotless room. The shower tile also had black mold growing in a large section where the shower head lay and below. The bed was comfortable and I would stay again.
