"Excellent, beautiful hotel. Only one thing I didn't like was there was no food or store with in walking distance and the hotel shuttle will only take you with in 3 miles from the hotel to find food. "

"Rooms very noisy, hotel was very noisy and if you want to have time to sleep a little bit longer then this is not the hotel for you. Toilet was not flushing right, food was okay, and internet service was off all the time. Manager kept saying he will take care of it, and nothing was ever done. We had to switch hotel in the middle of our stay for better service, and overall a better hotel that we wanted to enjoy. "

"We loved our room and hotel, we've stayed at CitizenM before and were happy. The staff at Miami was wonderful, we did ask for daily housekeeping, unfortunately, that didn't happen, we only wanted our bed made and clean towels, still, we enjoyed our stay."

"Location, location and location! Also Lobby is beautiful. Spacious rooms. Great service. For the price we paid right on high season during the holidays, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. One of the elevators was broken but even that wasn’t a big deal. Receptionists were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again since we always give ourselves a couple days before/after our cruises. "
