"Ample parking, calm and secure, Very good breakfast, staff excellent friendly and willing to help specially Florie and Cynthia they were so helpful... all the staff in front desk: Charles and all of the group...They make the difference of the stay...."

"Pros: The staff are really accommodating, respectful, and responsive—they’re great. Cons: The only issue I had was with the room sink. It was making noises at night, and I woke up to what looked like it had overflowed, leaving a lot of dirt/mud in the sink, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, my key card didn’t work a couple of times, so I had to go back to the lobby—even while carrying a heavy bag—which was really inconvenient. This happened twice already during my stay, especially frustrating after working long 13-hour shifts and just wanting to rest."

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern, a very nice place to stay. The problem for me was the air conditioning unit which was located inside the room and looking to the bed (1 feet apart) and was very noisy. We were here for my kid graduation and we were traveling from and to Miami, so we really need to rest at night, and that was imposible. All the other things were great. But we are not using this hotel again, it does not make any sense a hotel were you can't have a good rest at night. "

"Lovely place to stay, quiet area and walkable to some shops and restaurants. Photos need updated and you should be aware there is a fish to care for. Garage parking, in/out access is only this way, no house keys provided. Wifi solid. Comfy bed. Plenty of supplies to last our 2 weeks. Thanks for a great stay while we had some medical at UF!!! "
