"The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, very accommodating and understanding with my last-minute emergency situation of needing a place to stay for the night. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable, had no issues throughout our stay."

"Property was very clean and owner was friendly and answered questions quickly.The sofa and mattress were very uncomfortable and I had to buy a foam mattress pad to sleep and had to sit on throw pillows on the sofa in order to be comfortable.The kitchen and bathroom were updated but only had 3 regular glasses and a couple of short ones. The Keurig quit working after two uses but there was another coffee pot available to use. Be aware there is no dishwasher but that was not a problem for me.The lampshades in the bedroom were so old that there were holes in them from overuse. I hate to sound so picky but I’ve owned condos on VRBO and was surprised they would use furnishings in those conditions."

"Stayed for one night. The hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and very conveniently located at Redmond Town Centre. The hotel looks and feels modern. I loved that the room had two king beds which is quite rare."
