  • New upscale kitchen 2025. Stainless, concrete counters, cork floor, and more! This is our Reedville cottage "Bayrise" with private beach on Chesapeake Bay, open concept small contemporary, dog friendly house, maximum 1 dog, 70' from the water, sleeps 4, bed and bath linens Not included. Loft with queen bed and sitting area overlooking the water. The beach can be under water do to storm systems and tides occasionally. The water is always accessible. 1st floor full bath, bedroom with twin bunks, open concept living room and kitchen with WIFI, large flat screen TV for amazon firestick only. 2 kayaks (one a double), 1 canoe, 2 beach chairs and outdoor shower. Views from Every window!
