"Everything was really great! Our only issue was there was no parking pass when we checked in and by the time I emailed maintenance they did not get back to me until the next day. I was worried we may be towed so I was able to find someone at the front desk and she was able to give me a pass. Everything else was great, pictures of property were as shown and the location to the beach and general area was wonderful."

"The room was nice, the pool was nice, the location was nice. The only issues we had was that they have a fire pit for guests but the whole weekend we were there we couldn’t use it because staff didn’t know how to turn it on. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. It was about the same temp as the pool. The elevators are crazy slow. It would literally take like 10 minutes to catch one. Other than that not a bad place. Was right on the beach and the pool deck itself was nice. "

"The apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay except for the shower. It doesnt drain properly. While you are showering the whole basin fills. We loved the shower pressure. However, I think someone should know the water sprays on the floor and wall. The floor is tile so I dont think that will cause damage. "Only complaints, was when arriving, they had double booked the first room they gave us, someone was already in it, but staff handled quickly by changing our room. Second was power went off in room several times Saturday night, but maintenance always came quick. They thought it was because they were fully sold out and it was just over worked.
