"The river view was beautiful. The window was greasy on the inside. Spider infested room and halls. I took pics and we left with bites. No room Service. Halls stink like must. Poor customer service. We had to dig for proof of breakfast included, pretty humiliating. Also the floor to the balcony was unstable. Security flashed lights in our faces, then said not to be alarmed. Will not return. "

"The owners of this property were very communicative, giving us all of the relevant information needed in a timely fashion, and the property itself was well appointed with everything a family needs to enjoy their time.
