"The property was outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is fantastic and neighbors very nice. The boat house was perfect and the deck on the upper level gave you a beautiful view of the water way. I highly recommend the property and plan on booking again in the future. The stay was flawless and we could not have asked for a better location to visit the 1000 islands."

"We were here for a weekend getaway. Check in went smoothly, room was comfortable, bring clothes hangers just in case, as we had 1 hanging in the clothes closet. Room came with a microwave (we did not use) and a mini refrig (kept our items nice and cold). We stayed Fri-Sat nite and at 1:30am someone proceeded to knock on our window. We ignored it and then we heard them knocking on the window at the room next door. You do need a pass key to access the outside entrances. Not sure what their story was, but we were not about to let them in. A decent breakfast was provided, eggs, sausage patties, cereal, mini muffins, yogurt and I believe you could make waffles or pancakes. It was a nice location for our getaway and would consider staying here again in the future."

"Very cool older hotel. A little dated, but a fun vibe. It was convenient to have it next to the boat tour dock. We stayed in a room with a spiral staircase which my teen daughter thought was amazing. I loved the view and the balcony. Hotel restaurant was a bit pricey, but about what you would expect.
