There were 3 of us in the room. It was tight, but we managed. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was wonderful! The staff was good for the most part. Especially the maids and the guy who needed to unlock my safe!

We stayed on the 14th floor which was a good choice, as the elevators were divided between lower floors and upper floors, and there always seems to be a line for the upper floor elevators. There was only one place to get water and that was in the basement. This was a little inconvenient. Otherwise the hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful.

Well, the steam was off on the block for the first night, so we knew we wouldn’t have warm water for showers, but the shower water never did get warm. Cold showers the entire time. The sink water was warm, just not the shower. It was clean, which is the most important thing for me, and it was close to everything we wanted to be close to.
