This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 875 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, one queen in the guest room and one queen Murphy bed in the living room. Additional amenities include a fireplace and a full kitchen and dining area. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.


The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to WorldMark Red River is Albuquerque Intl Airport 133.4 miles by car respectively.

All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.

If you plan to arrive at the resort outside of normal front desk hours, please call the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.
The area surrounding the resort is seasonal, and some of the local stores are closed April-May and October-November annually. Call the resort for details.
The hot tub is open year-round, and there is no pool. Hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
