Well adorned 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit overlooking the pool and River Street and within 100 ft. to eateries, grocery store, shopping, amazing Red River Fishing and scenic walking trails... As you walk into this newly remodeled condo you will find the open space kitchen, living and dining space, boasting the comfortably arranged living room with gorgeous pine tongue and groove ceilling, tastefully tiled wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating that folds out into a queen, the flat screen TV, new sliding glass door leading out to the covered balcony overlooking the ever so inviting glistening swimming pool, River St and the welcoming Southern skies and mountain views towards "The Face" of the Ski Area. Dining area/kitchen with a roll around island for optimal use of space. Tucked away to the right of the entry way you'll find the queen bedroom with access to the full bathroom (shower/tub combo, throne and vanity). Lots of headspace and room to relax! Complete with recently installed flooring, a trimmed sleak tiled wood fireplace, pine tongue and groove ceilings and adequate parking surrounding complex and the coin operated laundry room! Unit has stair OR elevator access!!!
