Booker Retreat Cabin

The Booker Retreat Cabin is located on Main Street and has a nice large porch facing the playground, pond, and mountains. Named after The Original Owners Sid and Alley Booker who bought the lodge in 1945 from the Pratt Family, this brand new cabin offers upgraded amenities, while still having the Rustic charm Rio Colorado Cabins is known for. The Booker Retreat has a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, TV and a Master Bathroom with a closet and shower. The second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV. The second bathroom is shared with a large shower. The kitchen offers upgraded appliances and amenities such as a garbage disposal, ice maker, and dishwasher as well as a keurig pod and regular coffee maker, blender, and crockpot. The living room has a large TV, pullout couch, pullout single chair and a children's day loft with small chairs and TV for Streaming and Gaming. The Booker Retreat has a mini-split heating and Air Conditioning system. The cabin can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. The Booker Retreat does not accept pets.
