3 bedroom accommodation in Red River

Upon entry into this warm, charmed single level abode you will walk into our open concept living room lined with an "L" shaped fold-out sofa, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and bright fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, pantry and dining area. Towards the back of the home you will find the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.



The master bedroom off to the right is complete with a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, private 3/4 bath with a shower and an East facing porch. The guest bedroom features 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds (4 twins), and a flat screen TV. The full bath directly behind the kitchen, next to the guest bedroom also houses the stackable Washer/Dryer for your use.



This home is complete with Fiber Optic Wi-Fi and satellite TV's in both bedrooms and the living area so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you are well equipped to do so... This home has gorgeous mountain views from the South facing front porch looking towards the Red River Ski Area's "Face". Exterior amenities include outdoor coffee table & chairs and a gas BBQ grill. You can also hear the Red River that flows directly across the way and the quaking aspens that surround the home.

Cozy cabin

Our family had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin for a quick weekend of skiing. This property had everything we needed and a great snack basket for us to enjoy as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for being a great host & offering your beautiful property for others to enjoy!

Weekend getaway

This was a great place for a weekend getaway. The property was clean and well kept. It felt secluded from everything, but was close enough to town to take a quick walk for shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again!

Great time in Red River

Great place and excellent customer service! We had an issue with the original place that was out of our hands but we were moved to a wonderful place that was very comfortable and convenient. Thanks for everything and had an awesome time!

Beautiful view of the platinum chair lift and deer!

Wonderful location and short walking distance to the platinum chair lift and Main Street. The deer ate nuts and berries from our hands from both porches each morning and evening. Cabin had everything we needed with beautiful views. This was our second time to stay here in the Rio Rojo cabin while skiing and we will certainly be back!

Fun little cabin

The cabin is in a nice spot with beautiful views of the mountains. It has all the necessary modern amenities with a cabin atmosphere. The bunk beds are great for kids. The only gripe we had is there were not enough forks for a family of 5 to eat more than one meal without doing dishes (overall minor issue). We would stay here again.

Great House for Our Family

Loved the location, quiet street, close to ski area. Kids loved the bunk room, we loved the fireplace and the front porch. Plenty of channels on the TV & TV’s in every room. Property manager was awesome, communicated great and even brought us some more firewood. We will be back!

Perfect Cozy Cabin in the mountains

The property was spotless and well equipped, great location and view, I loved my morning coffee at the porch, the view was exactly what I needed to relax. I didn’t have to use my car everything is within a walking distance. I loved walking in town and interacting with the locals, amazing community, food. They have a community center and offer info and activities for all age groups make sure to visit them when you arrive !

Perfect views

This cabin was a wonderful experience. We sat on the porch and looked at the mountain every day. Town is a block away so it was wonderful to walk to eat and shop. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was very very well equipped. They had plenty of towels and bedding. The bed was very comfortable. Now for the things that need to be addressed: we were so disappointed that one of the chairs was broken as the decor was very nice. The carpet is very stained and worn with areas that should be replaced. All in all we loved our little cabin with the big views!

CLEAN - Number one - but rare in a VRBO property these days. This place was spotless which makes it so much easier to really relax and enjoy your trip without the constant ICK factor. AMMENITIES - This property had everything you need and they were actually very nice. Soft, clean, fresh bedding and towels - Yea! Dishes that matched and weren't dirty - Yea. Washer/dryer, grill, ice maker, dishwasher, needed soaps, coffee/filters. Best we've experienced in a VRBO lately. LOCATION - You can walk to restaurants, grocery, etc. from this property which is nice. We took a chance because this property had no reviews when we booked. What a welcome relief that it was so great. So many places these days are just flat ratty but this one was terrific!

Short but enjoyable

Our stay was only one night, but it was fine. We had a little hiccup on the contact information with the Property Manager. They said they would contact us the night before we arrived with the door code and other information, but didn't get it until the day of our arrival. No big deal, everything worked out fine. The Smoke alarm was chirping when we arrived, but they handled it quickly and efficiently. The bed was soft with ample pillows and quilts, but it squeaked when ever we moved which was annoying. The TV was very hard to operate with 2 remotes and no instructions. Tough for old people who need things like that simple and straightforward. The taxes and extra charges almost doubled the nightly rate but that's not their fault. Otherwise, it was a short but enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time! Lovely place lookingOut at the ski run/lift. We enjoyed the fireplace and the fire pit and Adirondack chairs outside! Lindsey the property manager was awesome! Very responsive and friendly! Only complaint was the water heater went out several times and the dresser in the spare room was missing all the drawer knobs. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Incorrect Listing, poorly maintained.

Property is poorly maintained. Light fixtures that don't work and hanging from ceiling broken and other small, irritating issues. Hot water went out. Basic supplies listed in description are not supplied and were told they would bring them out and never arrived. When I booked, it was listed as a 3-bedroom unit. It is a 2-bedroom unit. One bedroom and another bunk room. I had contacted the manager and all I got back was that they would update the listing properly. Still has not been updated so be aware. And this is managed by a third party apparently outside of VRBO's ability to do anything if there is a problem. I wanted to cancel and get an actual 3-bedroom but would have lost 50%...so just dealt with it. I had contacted Vrbo and they simply told me there was nothing they could do because it was managed by a "third-party". Not sure where the consumer protection is in that and suffered because of it.

Walk to the slopes!

Great house for our family of four! Easy walk to the slopes and just about everything else. You can even see the winter torch parade on the slopes from the porch. Made for a wonderful ski trip!
