"Host was attentive but we experienced several inconvenient situations. The firewood was locked so we couldn’t just light a fire when needed. The hot water wasn’t working after a day of skiing so we had to go shower in another room outside across the building. The thermostats took a while to heat up the rooms. The sinks and toilets were not built for tall people. The beds were rock hard. Location was nice. The manager was very nice though and responsive. "

"It was a perfect place for our family of 11. We loved the extra house for the children to play in and sleep. The steamer shower was a fun extra. We did set the fire alarm off twice with steam in both houses. It was well stocked with everything we needed. I would say the house was even nicer than the pictures show!! "
